  1. Definitions

"Booking" means a confirmed hire of a trailer through the Platform. "Hire Period" means the period specified in a Booking during which the trailer is hired.   1. Role of the Platform

3.1 The Platform acts solely as an intermediary facilitating introductions, bookings, and payments between Owners and Renters.

3.3 Any hire agreement is formed directly between the Owner and the Renter. The Platform is not a party to that agreement.

  1. Eligibility

4.1 Users must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

4.2 Renters must hold a valid driving licence appropriate for towing the hired trailer and comply with all legal requirements.

4.3 The Platform reserves the right to refuse access, suspend accounts, or cancel bookings at its discretion.

  1. Account Registration

5.1 Users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating an account.

5.2 Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

5.3 You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account.

  1. Listings and Bookings

6.1 Owners are responsible for ensuring that all listings are accurate, lawful, and not misleading.

6.2 Owners must ensure trailers are roadworthy, compliant with legal requirements, and suitable for hire.

6.3 Renters must inspect the trailer at collection and report any issues before use.

6.4 Bookings are confirmed only once payment has been successfully processed through the Platform.

  1. Fees and Payments

7.1 The Platform charges service fees, which will be clearly displayed prior to booking.

7.2 Payments are processed through the Platform’s designated payment provider.

7.3 The Platform may deduct its fees before remitting funds to Owners.

  1. Insurance

8.1 Insurance cover may be provided for Bookings, subject to the terms, conditions, exclusions, and excesses of the applicable insurance policy.

8.2 Insurance applies only during the Hire Period and only where eligibility criteria are met.

8.3 Users acknowledge that insurance does not replace the need to comply with legal obligations and safe usage requirements.

  1. Cancellations and Refunds

9.2 Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with the relevant cancellation policy.

  1. User Obligations

Users agree to:

  • Not misuse, damage, or endanger trailers

  • Not circumvent the Platform or transact outside it
  1. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

  • Use the Platform for unlawful purposes
  • Interfere with the operation or security of the Platform
  1. Liability

12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform excludes all liability for loss or damage arising from the hire or use of trailers.

12.2 The Platform is not responsible for the actions or omissions of Owners or Renters.

12.3 Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

  1. Indemnity

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Platform from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of their use of the Platform or breach of these Terms.

  1. Intellectual Property
